Start with the task your team needs to improve.
Administration, procurement, warehousing and business support teams handle data, documents and coordination. Choose training around a specific need: a spreadsheet that needs better controls, a process that needs clearer documentation, or a gap in procurement and logistics knowledge.
These programmes focus on transferable digital and business skills. Site access requirements, operational authorisations and any client-specific training requirements must be reviewed separately before contracting.
Who is this for?
Learning and development managers, HR teams, administration supervisors, procurement and logistics teams, and contractors or suppliers serving the mining industry.
EXISTING CADE PROGRAMMES
Three learning pathways for your team.
EXCEL AND DATA SKILLS
Spreadsheets, controls and reports.
Compare basic, intermediate and advanced levels against the tasks your team performs. Depending on the level, programmes cover formulas, filters, charts, pivot tables and analysis tools.
Example application: organising a procurement tracking spreadsheet or reviewing a report. Confirm software versions and any licensing requirements before enrolling.
ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AT WORK
Documents and productivity, with human review.
Start with AI fundamentals, prompt design and responsible use. Teams with prior experience can review the advanced programme before choosing their level.
Example application: drafting a communication or a checklist using fictional data. Outputs require human review and compliance with company information policies.
PROCUREMENT AND LOGISTICS
Understand how the process connects.
Review purchasing and procurement fundamentals, flows of goods and services, and their relationship with customer service.
Example application: describing a purchase request's journey and coordination points. This illustrates how the existing content can relate to work; it does not add a mining specialisation to the programme.
How to plan training for a mining company or supplier.
Define the outcome. Identify the task that needs to improve and the evidence of a skills gap.
Review the starting point. Share participant numbers, roles, prior knowledge and available software.
Agree on availability. Discuss shifts, dates, connectivity and access to computers to set a realistic learning period.
Confirm the proposal. Review programme scope, prerequisites, pricing, support, assessments and certificate requirements before contracting.
The Excel and logistics course pages list their SENCE codes and published prices in Chilean pesos. Eligibility for Chile's training tax incentive must be checked for the company, activity and participant; coverage is not automatic.
Companies outside Chile
Tell us your country, participant numbers and required training language. Our published courses are delivered in Spanish. Availability, payment arrangements and commercial documentation must be confirmed before contracting. Chilean SENCE incentives do not represent funding in another country.
Commercial enquiries can be handled in English. This does not mean that the courses are delivered in English.
Before you book.
Do these programmes authorise mine-site entry or equipment operation?
No. This selection covers digital and business skills. It does not itself provide a site-entry authorisation, equipment licence or operational qualification. Check requirements with your employer and site operator.
How are the featured courses delivered?
The six featured programmes are asynchronous, with technical assistance and asynchronous tutor support. Access is normally two months; activities using SENCE follow the applicable activity period. Each course page describes its conditions in Spanish.
Can teams study around different shifts?
Asynchronous learning does not require live class attendance, but participants still need time to complete required activities within the access period. Review shifts, connectivity and learning time before contracting.
What should I include in a quotation request?
Country, company, department, learning objective, programme or subject, participant numbers, prior knowledge, available tools and tentative dates. Do not email sensitive employee or operational information.
